Carter Lowman
Goosmann Law Firm, PLC
Prior to law school, Carter was a teacher and has since founded a K-8 school in Omaha that offers a classical curriculum. His unique background as a teacher allows him to connect with families and truly understand their needs. These needs range from simple estate plans, including wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, and advanced health care directives, to sophisticated wealth transfer plans, structured to minimize the impact of gift, estate, and generation-skipping taxes, to business succession plans, designed to transfer the family farm or business intact to the next generation. Carter also assists clients with trust and estate administration matters, as well as charitable planning matters, including assisting nonprofit organizations in matters involving formation, compliance, and the obtainment of tax-exempt status.
